SB 48                                                                                             
The Speaker waived the Judiciary Committee referral for the                                         
following at the request of Representative McGuire, Chair:                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 48(HES)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to recommending or refusing psychotropic drugs                                
     or certain types of evaluations or treatments for children."                                   
                                                                                                    
The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral to CSSB 48(HES).                                     
                                                                                                    
CSSB 48(HES) was removed from the Judiciary Committee and                                           
referred to the Finance Committee.
